Rooms very small (limited room to open case) - oy there for 2nights so wasn't too much if a problem

The staffs are very friendly. Location is ideal to go to anywhere in the city.

To us its was excellent location within walking distance to KL Sentral and public transit. Great value for money. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the front desk staff Mrs Areena, Mr Tajimul, Mr Liton and the housekeeping staff Mr Bilal, maintained excellent standards throughout our stay.

The hotel’s location is truly excellent. It is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from KL Sentral and only 2 minutes from Nu Central Mall. You can also find 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores right nearby. Additionally, the hotel staff were consistently helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.

We encountered a few challenges during our visit. Although we booked a deluxe triple room, we were initially offered a standard room. After addressing this, we were moved to another room, but it was extremely noisy due to constant train announcements starting as early as 5:00 AM, making it nearly impossible to sleep. 3rd ome was okey. Furthermore, the bathroom layout is somewhat impractical; the shower and toilet are in the same space without proper separation, leaving the floor flooded after every use. Regarding housekeeping and room quality, both were only average.
