    I had travelled to KL from my Europe Trip and needed a much needed rest. The room was allocated in 13th floor, the room was ok, however, it was hot as it turns out to be poor Air-conditioning, I went to the reception and the staff there was helpful to change to another room in the same floor (this took me additional 15mins to change and move to new room), the new room was without a floor mat and had some paint stains in several places. This was also warm, so I thought due to being in closed condition without ventilation, since I was tired, I switched on the Aircon, but initial I got some cold breeze, and due to Jet lag I went to bed instantly, however, I need to wakeup several times in the night due to sweaty condition. I didn't have enough mood to go and complain once again, but I want to register my experience. One suggestion to the hotel maintenance, if the room is going to be occupied, please keep it air conditioned atleast 30mins prior.

    Everything satisfactory. Only set back was the room we stayed the wash hand basin pop up waste was put out order and not working
