Location and staff services
Toilet. Too small. No place to put stuff. Shelf and hooks way too high near ceiling. Not reachable. No partition between shower and rest of the toilet. So while showering the whole toilet gets wet.

1..Very close to KL sentral station. 2. Many landmarks nearby. 3. Basic breakfast at a restaurant nearby but still very good. 4. Gym and garden rooftop. 5. Iron facility on every floor. 6. We asked for adaptor plug and the reception provided it.
1. The room is small and without a window. 2. There was no hairdryer in the room but I assume they might provide it if you ask for it.

Location and breakfast at a budget price.
Bedsheets and towels were clean but very worn. Poor noise insulation, could hear people talking and walking in the corridors.

The location . Convenient to move around. Just a bit concern about the safety there.
