    Arrive after long walk from KL Sentral and informed by hotel the room booked and requested not available since Agoda sent our booking as Queen Room not twin room. This experience made me will not ever again booke through Agoda. Promise to call back but no call until today. The hotel is very helpful and they help me to upgrade room from twin to family room as I insisted two bed. We're not couple.

    Booked a Deluxe. Room for 1 pax thru Agoda. Check-in to room 611. Pros: Good room size. Bed is quite comfy. Cons: No fridge, low water pressure. Scorching hotel shower cannot be adjusted. Pillow filled with foam lumps. No tooth brush. No slippers. Already paid for Tourism Tax RM10 to Agoda but hotel said never paid. So pay again. Later Agoda confirm already paid. Now hotel ask me go back hotel in KL to return the money to me. Very unprofessional. Check in took 10 min. when no one else. Check out is fast within 1 min. Will never be back here again.
