    everything ok just lack hotel slipper cause the floor can quite cold, and the bed sheet bed cover i feel somehow not comfy not soft maybe because too much bleach or something when washing it, oh yeah it near restaurant so can quite noise at night but for who want easy to get food that this hotel is ok

    The location is very strategic, very close to KL Sentral and NU Mall, there are many restaurants and daily necessities stalls. It is also close to a laundry kiosk. But unfortunately, when booking this room, I chose a queen-size room without windows because it was the cheapest. Cleanliness was up to standard, but the room was incredibly small, with no space to put my suitcase. Therefore, I recommend choosing a deluxe room, as it offers much more space.

    This hotel overall is ok but inside the room there are some things missing like a wardrobe in the room , soap holder or placer where you can put the shampoo/ shower gel bottles. . And most importantly , we didn’t have a good sleep due too much noise like door slamming and I don’t know maybe the lift pinging although we are few rooms away and we can hear it thru out . And also I booked a large bed for 2 but ended with 2 single beds.
