Overall okay overnight stay and room for two people. got more space in our room, easy to move and to pray.
not that i don't like just sometimes wonder why provide tv rather than fridge huhu.

Location
The location in KL Sentral is great, with plenty of restaurants and a mosque nearby, but the maintenance is lacking. The bed sheets and duvet covers had visible marks, and the lift had a very bad smell.
I also had a poor experience with their service. I requested a private taxi for an airport drop-off, but they simply told me I had to arrange it myself. Additionally, I informed them in advance about my early arrival, and they didn't mention any extra charges at the time—only to surprise me with them later. It’s an average choice for a 1-night stay, but the management really needs to be more transparent and improve their housekeeping.
