    Budget hotel in heart of KL , cant expect more.

    Very disappointing stay. - Unfriendly receptionist. - The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though I had booked a non-smoking room. - The staff initially refused to provide a replacement room and only agreed after further discussion. - The bed sheets and bed cover were dirty. - They were also unwilling to change the bed linen at first, but eventually did so after further discussion. - The TV remote had rusty batteries. Unable to turn on the TV using the remote. - Breakfast was not served in the hotel. Instead, we were given a RM20 meal voucher for a nearby eatery, and we still had to pay extra for our meal. The hotel does not have an in-house dining room, and this should have been made clear before booking.
