Extremely quiet property, relaxing environment and local azorian historical vibes. Very large and secure parking.
Pool, hot tub and one shower needs to be maintained better and clean.

The environment was wonderful and we felt like in the tropical forest instead of the city. Birds all around the place. It was a private location with a dedicated parking. We were receievd by the owner with very good attention and they were available for our needs. A bottle of wine was even waiting for us… plenty of recommendations on where to go during our stay. We really appreciated our stay in the place.
Humidity and smell was sometimes unpleasant even when the dehumidificator was running. An outside chair was broken and not so comfortable.

Literally everything, it is such an amazing hidden gem. The location is great, you have the beach at a quick walk from the house, nature everywhere surrounding you and full privacy. I particularly enjoyed walking through the little forest inside the property, and for any big nature lovers: this is your spot! Paula, the owner, is such a lovely and kind lady, open to help you anytime.

Garden is gorgeous
Paula is more than happy to share her extensive knowledge of the island
We were greeted by a cockroach in the bedroom on day one
The jacuzzi needs cleaning urgently
On booking.com they advertise their airport transfer for 20 euros, however we were charged 30 euros
Bed sheets weren’t changed during our one week stay
On Sunday we ran out of toilet paper, but couldn’t get any since “they were off on Sunday”. They suggested we drive to a supermarket to purchase some!
