The building is housed in a small farm with about 2600 m2, where in the future, guests can enjoy a green leisure area, sunbathing, reading, contemplating or cooking and savoring grilled on the barbecue. This green zone is still under construction.
The location is privileged, on the south coast of S. Miguel between the cities of Ponta Delgada and Lagoa.
With unobstructed views of both the Lagoa do Fogo mountain and the Atlantic Ocean, it is about 2 km from Pópulo Beach and Melícia Beach. The surroundings are a very pleasant area, with low urban density, with rural predominance where contact with nature is an exponent.
The tranquility, the comfort together with the surroundings, transport the visitor to a holistic dimension where environment and well-being are combined, providing experiences of forgetting the stress and tiredness of work.
Walking tours to the nearest beaches are a good option for the end or start of the day.

We stayed 4 nights in this location when we first arrived in the Azores. Location is super clean and modern. It comes with a washing machine, full kitchen, bath, and air-conditioning. It's about 10min from Ponta Delgada center and close to the highways so traveling around to different sites is super easy. The proprietor lives onsite and is super helpful and accessable. It's even better than expected based off of the pictures provided. Parking is on street but was never a problem.
