This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in, our suite was amazing, the bed was huge and so comfortable. The bathroom was outstanding with everything you could possibly need and more! The breakfast selection was out of this world, the restaurant dinning experience was sublime. What really makes this a wonderful hotel however, are the staff, they are all so wonderful, friendly and helpful, in particular Antonio on reception, what a wonderful gentleman! Nuno our delightful doorman and the lovely smiling Fabia who greeted us every morning at breakfast.

Lovely staff that accommodated for our engagement!! Great staff woth attention to detail, initial room was next to the renovations but we were swiftly moved by request only to a better room. The hotel aesthetic is remarkable with a lovely brushed gold everywhere. Fantastic breakfast as well.

Great location with a nice view of the harbor area. Wonderful amenities in the room. Very clean and well appointed. Helpful staff who are well prepared and eager to make your stay nice.
Breakfast staff were struggling. I think one was new to her job and the others didn’t help her. Made for a sad and very slow breakfast experience. Food was good. We were just distracted by her and ended up loosing a lot of time as well.
