Sérgio was as warm and welcoming as a traveler just arriving at night in Ponta Delgada could wish for. Casa da Graça is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located on a secondary street within easy walking distance of everywhere you might want to go in the city.
As other people have mentioned, one is aware of other guests, but it was never annoying and was minor.

This is a very cute bed and breakfast! We loved the location, fantastic staff, and the extras like a small common kitchen space with free snacks and local liquor. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot.
It's a gorgeous location but the walls/floors are a bit thin so you can sometimes hear other guests. However, they provide ear plugs and guests are very respectful so it wasn't an issue for us.
