The suite was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was included in the kitchen to cook and coffee, tea, and breakfast was included every day.
Good location walking distance to a variety of great restaurants and parks.
The parking around the property was terrible. It took us a long time to find a place to park on the street and even then we had to walk about 15 minutes to get back to the building.

The breakfasts were very generous, the garden area was nice, the property is in a good location and we enjoyed our time in Ponta Delgada
I was very disappointed in the reality of the studio I was in compared to the photos. The photos show studios with nice balconies, dining table, comfy chairs. We had no balcony, a much smaller table and 2 small stools. I did raise this with the establishment during my stay, front desk promised to escalate but I got no response during the stay and subsequent emails have been disappointing as well, apparently, they claim, all studios are equal just the decor is different. If you don't care about a balcony or having a comfy chair or table big enough to eat at then fine but if you do, think twice because there are only 2 balconies like the one shown on this site in the entire hotel and you cannot select it.
