The location was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were kind and courteous.
I don't believe our room was 20 squares as promised unless the patio counted. The patio needed sweeping. The room had very little space to put suitcases, etc.

Breakfast was good and of high quality. Particularly liked the different cake on offer each day.
It would maybe be better to have two members of staff on duty at breakfast. It was sometimes hard to locate the one member of staff responsible for the breakfast room when things needed topping up.

Warm welcome from Gabriella, lovely old house but a welcome elevator! Varied delicious breakfast. Friendly cheerful helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Easy walk to an interesting park, shops, marina.
