Magic breakfast in magical spot. it was such a pleasure to enjoy brefast that contains seafood:) Quite rare case i must admit. Everything in perfect order, very nice and qualified service. Transportation from parking to dedicated area.

Crowds in front of apartment. Due to that fact and presence of few late open bards, inside of apartments was quite noisy. It was small defect (reported to managing person) that concerns water dripping into 0 floor bed. I hope water will not destroy this beatiful interior!

Comfortable, clean apartment in a great location. I would stay there again, definitely! Breakfast was great, staff helpful and friendlyt.

Perfect stay in a wonderful town.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Apartment Monte for 4 nights. Our stay at the property was incredible. It was the highlight of our month long trip. The pictures just can’t do it justice. The location can’t be beat. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from our own little balcony, but still feeling like we were “out” and being able to people watch. When we did venture out, all of Rovinj was within easy walking distance. There was even an awesome swim area right across from the apartment that we took a dip in daily. The inside of the apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Probably the largest refrigerator that we’ve encountered in Europe :) The only thing that would have been nice that the apartment didn’t have was a washer, but we knew that ahead of time and definitely wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. There’s a self service laundry within walking distance from the apartment so it really was no big deal. My husband had to do some work and take some virtual meetings while we were there and he had no problem with the internet. In fact, he was able to get a strong enough signal to use his laptop on the patio and work. Finally, having a parking lot and a free golf cart shuttle was so convenient! I felt bad for all the people we saw dragging their bags through the streets! Getting in and out of the parking lot was super easy, although we only ended up leaving once since Rovinj and the apartment were so nice!

Good

The staff was endlessly friendly, the view from the apartment is exactly as it is on pictures. Great hot shower, nice comfortable bed and two separate blankets (special thanks for that)

The logistics. The parking is not close to the apartment, so hotel staff is picking you up from your car. You have to come to reception at check in and check out. I’m used to self check-in and check out as a best practice. It wouldn’t be a problem, but coming from an apartment with even one piece of luggage is not the thing you might like: it’s 300 meters of stone-block pavement. The staff is taking you from reception on electric car for the check in, but check out is your concern. There are ants. Seems like they are in every place we stayed, but just be prepared. There are people living upstairs. When they walk - it’s very loud. The terrace’s view is great, but in fact you’re sitting at the pedestrian road - noisy and crowded.

The only negative thing is that there is a couple living upstairs.the wood floor is very noisy and also before going to bed you can hear everything. The living room is not insulated enough.
