brilliant

The hotel, after we collected our keys were very helpful. we were transfered to the holiday apartment. location is fantastic, cleanliness and facilities great. for a family of four it was perfect for the week. Rovinj is a beautiful city, amazing restaurants and bars, spoilt for choice. We went to the beach Mulini area every day (2km walk but worth it) no sand, shale/rocks/grassland and hired the cheaper sunbeds along the woodland coastline. couple of bars along that way not too expensive - worth taking a pre made lunch from supermarket though - we will be back!

Our transfer dropped us off as close as possible (vehicles cannot get close to the hotel), and we had to walk with luggage to the Hotel via google maps to collect keys for the apartment. sadly we were unaware that we could have been collected with our luggage to save that 15min hilly walk. needed better communication and a number to call on arrival. WIFI was very poor and intermittent. Showers were sometimes luke warm if last to use.

The hot water seemed to run out a bit when all 4 of us had to go back-to-back, but it wasn’t completely unbearable.

Specious appartement and nicely decorate. Everything you need is present.

The vacuum cleaning isn't done very properly as there where breadcrumbs or something like it in the bedrooms when we arrived and even after the cleaning executed during the middle of the week. The top 2 floors are wooden floor and for that reason very noisy.

Exceptional

The location is very central, right in the heart of the Old City. In the proximity, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, souvenir shops etc. only few minutes walk (e.g. 3-4 min to get to the St. Euphemia Church). The apartment is equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. It is disposed on four floors: ground floor - kitchen, first floor - the living room, which is very nice arranged with sofa and two rattan armchairs, tall Murano bottles etc. second floor - two bedrooms, double bed and single bed, third - the most spatious room, and the only one equipped with AC. While it's interesting arrangement for some people, sometimes it may be challenging when getting back tired from the beach to get to your bed, if you chose the one at the third floor. :) All in one - a good location, nice people, nice city, and I hope to visit it again soon.

Fantastic location and well priced. We enjoyed every minute and would definitely recommend.

Apartment Silva far exceeded our expectations in both the accommodation and the location. The unit is spread over 3 floors so you have the entire house to yourselves. The furnishings and décor felt contemporary yet still with a rustic feel to it which made it feel part of the historic old town. The location was great - right in the middle of the historic old town just a short walk to the many restaurants, cafe's and marina yet in a quiet enough street so that it wasn't noisy at all.

The only thing the house could have done with was a terrace with a sea/city view - but other than that everything was great.

Tastefully renovated and spacious property in the old town in an excellent location. Staff picked us up at the private parking lot, which was very helpful. Main property is sister hotel which is very nice and professionally run.

A/C is only on the top floor. A fan was provided for the lower floor, which really helped during a heat wave. Top floor is wonderful large bedroom, but bathroom is one flight down.

Everything else was most pleasant. The location in the old town was excellent, the staff incredibly helpful and forthcoming. We would definitely book this option again.

Was advertised 'with air conditioning'. It turns out only the master bedroom on the top floor had an AC unit. Both other bedrooms, the living room and kitchen did not. Physics allows hot air to rise and cold to fall, so it didn't entirely ruin our stay even though we had in excess of 30 degrees most days. Never the less, if it says it on the advert, get it into the house. Ventilation fans in the other rooms would help as an easy fix to support and speed up the cooling through the building. Also the top floor master 'bedroom' is actually an open mezzanine type loft without it's own door, so not exactly a closed room with respective privacy!!

Superb

Lovely, spacious apartment in the old town of Rovinj, close to shops, restaurants and beach. Car parking available just outside the old town, and staff pick you up on an electric buggy, very easy and convenient. Beds were very comfortable, and apartment has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here.

L’appartement est très très bien situé dans le vieux centre de Rovinj et tout peut se faire à pied. La décoration est simple mais belle et de bon goût.

Les escaliers au nombre de trois car c’est un logement sur quatre niveaux : rdv la cuisine / 1er le salon avec une salle d’eau et wc / 2eme : deux chambres et salle d’eau -wc / 3 eme étage : chambre sous les toits avec climatisation. Les autres pièces n’ont pas la climatisation et Il faisait chaud dans les autres chambres malgré la présence d’un ventilateur dans la plus grande.
