About this house rental
The Paterhaus is located on the eastern edge of Höfen, a district of Monschau, and is a 2-minute walk from Wildnistrail and Eifelsteig (end of stage 2 / beginning of stage 3). The historic old town of Monschau can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The old farmhouse was extensively restored in 2018. Particular emphasis was placed on the interaction between historical building materials and modern building physics. So z. B. the wall heating in connection with the clay plaster for a comfortable living climate, the father house is very spacious with 150 square meters, and offers space for social gathering for 8 people. There is also plenty of space to escape the hustle and bustle and read a book. When the weather is nice, a sunny courtyard and the large garden invite you to relax undisturbed.
