Great base for explore Verona

Location was great, walking distance to Piazza Bra and Castel Vecchio and plenty of dining options nearby. There is also a grocery store not far from the apartment. Really appreciated having the extra space in the apartment and 2 bathrooms! We didn't use the kitchen much as we were only there for 2 days but it still came in handy to make a simple breakfast in the mornings. The patio area looks nice as well but it was too cold and wet when we were there so we didn't use it.

It can be a bit noisy in the main bedroom as it faces the street.

Terribly unprofessional hosts

Booked at afternoon no instructions how to get in unless i send passport pictures and city tax payment Arrived after 3 hours One automated message saying to send passport pictures to a WhatsApp(another automated message there saying nobody will answer after 5pm and it was 22:30 pm) and to pay for city tax through paypal After multiple calls finally replied on my call and I described that i was in the middle of the street without knowing where to go near the address and all i asked was to Check ourselves in since nobody come to Meet us and then complete all verification and payment which they could have got paid through booking too but they didnt want to and the host’s answer was: YOU ARE MY GUESTS I AM 15 YEARS IN THIS BUSINESS YOU MUST FOLLOW MY RULES. So sending my personal documents without even getting into the place and make more payments directly?Never had this attitude again from any kind of host. Place was clean but everything was old. Not so hard to put a newer sponge to clean the plates or to change the beds since they are so old.

A charming apartment in a great location

The location is excellent for exploring Verona and the apartment is located on a quiet street. Loved the terrace and for a group having the 2 bathrooms was great. Communication with management was very good.

The location of the microwave at ground level in a cupboard is not ideal. Have recommended a tea towel be provided to wipe cups etc.

Quiet yet convenient location. Clean and has all the facilities you need.

Location was excellent for exploring Verona. Within walking distance of everything. Convenient grocery shop (Eurospar) just round the corner. Cute balcony which we used to have breakfast. Air conditioned which we didn’t use much but I can imagine in a heatwave would be great. Coffee pod machine was appreciated! Location was quiet too.

Bedding provided could have been better. No oven.

Great place on a quiet streets - very walkable to everything in Verona!

It was easy to get the keys once we understood where the lock box was! The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen would be fine but we didn't cook. Location was really excellent!!

Fantastic spacious apartment in a great location

Property was spacious close to all main attractions. Close to many restaurants & an easy 15-20 minute walk to Verona Porta Nuova Train Station. The host was very accommodating and excellent communication. Would definitely stay there again. First floor apartment with easy comfortable steps.

Excellent, well considered accommodation close to everything.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Bed comfortable, good mattresses. 3 bed, 2 bath, smaller living space. Was perfect for myself and two teen boys. Would suit a family up to 5 ppl. Kitchen had everything needed for breakfast or to heat up a meal - probably not ideal if you wanted to cook big meals from scratch. Showers hot.

It was a little cold for January, particularly small top bedroom (tiled, goes to big terrace). Some spare blankets or throws would of been useful

good location however parking isn't the best. The unit was clean and tidy... Everything worked as it should.

Finding the correct unit, locating the keys and then no real clear direction on which door the unit was.

Fantastic location and fantastic apartment. A bottle of wine on arrival was a great touch!

We were a little early arriving to the apartment by 1 hour but we were not allowed in until it was check-in time which meant we were hanging around with our luggage. We did let them know we were arriving slightly earlier that morning. The cleaner arrived before check out time. If we had had been let in slightly earlier than this property would’ve had 10 star review. The air con isn’t very powerful.

Superb

Apartment is big with enough space and fully equipped, especially two bath rooms. Location is good, 15 minutes walk to train station and very close to Arena Verona and supermarkets. Host is kind to extend check-in time, and give us welcome drink.

great location, enough space for a family

It is a lovely spacious place, with a great location and a great lay out. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a lovely outside terrace. Right in the centre of Verona, great restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Communication with the owner was very easy, we picked the keys from a lock box and parked the car in a nearby garage for about 22 Euros a day. Verona is a lovely city, with a bustling centre, lots of great shops and places to eat. Lots of culture as well, the Theatre and Arena are both walking distance.

There were a few little things that impacted the quality of the accommodation: not enough toilet paper, no tea towels, very old dirty dish sponge, the heating did not seem to work properly. We still enjoyed it, however it would be easy for the owner to amend it.

Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location

Apartment was secure, spacious and warm with very comfortable beds. Two compact bathrooms with towel warmer and hair dryers. Three rooms with a cute verandah too. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine and induction stove top. Complimentary wine with personal greeting on arrival. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Great little cafe at top of street for breakfast. Location was superb, only 10 minute stroll to main piazza & shopping.

Dishwasher & washing machine would have been useful.

Disappointing

Location and size for our group was great!

Amenities promised were not in the apartment as said in the manual on site. Examples include, the complimentary bottle of wine (wasn't there) , there were only 3 pods of coffee for 2 days & 3 people, there wasn't enough toilet paper, no bottle of water, etc. The home is rather cozy though.

Great location for a quick trip to Verona - easy access to Lake Garda also.

The location was amazing. It was close to the main part of town, easy access to the busses and lots of restaurant choices. The apartment was very large - 3 bedrooms and two full baths.

There were only two things that prevent an excellent rating. The bed in the master was uncomfortable - I ended up sleeping in the other bedroom on the twin bed and my wife slept on a very comfortable couch. Also, there was an issue with the key making it difficult to open the doors. We were always able to get it open, but it took many tries. This should be an easy fix!

Wish we had stayed longer in Verona.

Great location relative to the historic center of Verona and quiet in the evening as it was off the main thoroughfare. The apartment was clean and very modern. It had a wonderfully large shower which was welcomed after the smaller prev ones.

It was a bit difficult to find parking close to unload luggage, but covered parking is close by and was much safer than leaving on the street.

Feeling right at home

Being a group of 5 (two couples and 1 single), it's not easy to find a place to stay unless you are planning on paying a small fortune for it. We feel like we hit the jackpot with "Stella Luxury Apartment". First time in my long history of booking accommodation via Booking.com that the place has exceeded my expectations. One of those rare exceptions where the pictures don't do it justice. - Location is great. A short walk from the train station as well as a short walk to the city center, where all big tourist attractions are located. Nearby, you have a supermarket and a few shopping stores. - Easy and fast communication with the host, making the check-in/out process quite smooth. On the day we left, they were quite flexible and allowed us to keep our bags until after midday. - The apartment was quite spacious and, as mentioned, we were 5 adults. - Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. - There is a small, friendly private patio that you can make use of. The smokers in the group, appreciated it. If I ever come back to Verona, won't even think twice about booking this place again.

Nothing major to point out: - One of the rooms has two beds but they are separated. Not a big problem but, beware that one of the couples will not sleep together. - One suggestion: have extra toilet paper available in the apartment (we couldn't find any other than the 1 roll in each bathroom).

Very luxury! Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is very beautiful and luxury. In the city center of Verona near the beautiful Arena. There are two bathrooms with two big showers. There is also a beautiful exclusive terrace where I relaxed with my friends. Edoardo the host is very kind, he gaves to us many informations about the city and restaurants. Tha apartment is very big and charming with top fornitures, The beds are soft and big. I definitely recommend it.

The location was fantastic! It is safe and central to everything; the train station, bus station, the Piazza Bra, and several restaurants. Around the corner is a wonderful, two-floor grocery store. Also, this apartment is very quiet and private. The neighbors were friendly and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. The water pressure from both showers was excellent!

The mattresses on each of the beds were worn out. They were squeaky, spring mattresses with limited back support. We never felt rested.

Wonderful!! What a perfect apartment! Such an interesting layout, lots of space, really great rooms! FANTASTIC terrace to enjoy a nice breakfast on! The owner has excellent taste - the interior, the details, lamps, art.. it is all just wonderful to be around! Great location, very convenient (air conditioning etc)! The host was super friendly, very helpful and generous!
