Arena Verona Centro

This apartment is huge. It has more than everything you require even a separate living room. Even has a selection of Teapots ...... most unusual for Italy! It is fully airconditioned.....that is, FULLY AIRCODITIONED and given temps in Verona when we were there were up around 36 to 38 and continued quite high throughout the night that was a huge blessing. There is more hanging space than any other place we have stayed in over the past 15 years. And space to put your suitcases out of the way. Bathrooms were excellent and the kitchen, was truly amazing. Location? Well 100 mt walk puts you next to part of the old wall and one of the guard towers. Another 100 has you standing in the shade of the huge Roman arena, marvelling at its construction. How cool is that? Going to VERONA? Stay here and enjoy.

This is a large, well appointed apartment very close to the heart of Verona. There are two big bedrooms, each with large double beds and a single one in one of the rooms too, and there’s a sofa bed in the large lounge too. It could easily accommodate six people. There are two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath with shower over, the other with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything you need, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (original style pods), hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and enormous fridge/freezer. There is enough crockery, glasses, cutlery etc for an army! The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, good linen and towels too, with extras if needed. There is also a large private outdoor terrace off the sitting room. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, but there is a lift. The free wifi is very good. The railway station is about 15 min walk away or there are buses that will whisk you there from a stop outside. There’s a taxi rank round the corner and a supermarket in the street opposite. A one minute walk gets you to the restaurants facing the Arena! Lara, the host, is easily available and was very accommodating. We would recommend this luxury apartment to anyone visiting Verona.

It was a modern apartment in the city center and within 2 minutes walk to grocery store, restaurants, shopping. Apartment was clean, modern, well furnished. Owner communicated via WhatsApp, keys were handed to us right upon arrival, and we parked the car in a nearby parking garage for the duration of the stay thanks to apartment's close proximity to all shopping/sightseeing. Apartment also has a terrace which is fun to use during warmer days. The location was safe and provided good lightening. I would definitely return to this apartment over any other apartments in Verona.

We liked everything, there is nothing that comes to mind that we did not like.
