Worst hotel stay.

Absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, however a staff member reminded of my deposit as I left.

Where to begin... For starters the room itself was not in a good state at all! •There were stains on the bed and pillows •Holes in the ceiling and dust everywhere •The bathroom was disgusting; Limescale build-up EVERYWHERE, the shower heads looked revolting. It's safe to say we did not shower! •The mirror was broken, stained and dirty. •The tap in the sink and toilet roll holder were completely rusty. Leaving rust on the actual toilet roll! •The windows rattle very loudly with even the slightest of wind Before we even stepped foot into the property: As soon as we got to the property we saw a ramp and stairs that were separate, because we had large suitcases we opted for the ramp, as soon as my friend started to walk up the ramp she almost fell flat on her face due to how slippy the surface is and lack of grip on the ramp (it was like trying to walk on ice up hill)- due to it being a shiny granite material. Our nice grab driver offered to help and after falling over himself, got to the top of the ramp. We then tried opening the door and it wasn't opening. I knocked on the glass door several times as there were people inside (They ignored us at first!) Finally a person just kept pointing to the steps and implying to go around, instead of just opening the door in Which we were at! This required going back down the slippery ramp then up the stairs. So my friend had to lay her suitcase down and pushed it, because of how slippy the ramp was it flew down with speed. Then to top it off there were kids screaming like crazy running up and down the halls for hours, stomping about and trying to open our door! Not once did the parents tell them to quieten down. It's not other people's responsibility to tell other people's kids to be respectful! We had been up the entire night previous travelling and we couldn't get any proper rest during the afternoon and evening because of this, despite being absolutely shattered.

Unfortunate

Unfortunately we didn't like anything in this hotel and we were supposed to stay there for 1 more night which we cancelled and asked for refund.

Looks like they took photos from another hotel... The facilities were nothing like what we saw on the Booking.com website. We arrived around 2am and the staff was alone, sleeping on the reception sofa. The room was just filthy and it was impossible to use the bathroom. We didn't even try to take a shower... In addition to being very dirty, the shower was all rusty, the floor was full of litter and the sink overflowed when we used it. Honestly, it looks like an abandoned hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Cockroaches the size of rats in the bed. Mouldy bathroom. No wifi. Staff were rude. Air con didn’t work and was leaking all over the floor. Would have rather slept outside. We needed up sleeping at a friends house it was so awful. DO NOT STAY

There is a tv but nothing is played there. No wifi. The pool is not well maintained and looks nothing like in the photo. The room needs more tlc.

Left after checking in

The staff that was attended was nice.

We did check out immediately after seeing our rooms. The rooms, especially the bathrooms were not hygienic. It looked nothing like the pictures and WiFi only worked in one of the two hotel rooms. The wallpapers were coming off. We really didn’t feel comfortable and had lo leave. We tried to contact them several times for a refund, but never got an answer. Also booking.com tried to contact them and even to them they did not reply. The customer service is just not it… We really can’t recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your money.

Our Last stay was more comfortable.

The swimming pool is very small but there is a table tennis table! This time the cleanliness of the common area wasn’t great. There have been major leaks in the bathrooms.

The Aircon wasn’t cold this time and the in-room fridge didn’t work. They had a good fridge in the kitchen though so no problem.

The bed was comfortable

The staff in reception have a bad attitude for me... She's asking me about my KTP but I give SIM because for Indonesian People SIM same as like ID and she's don't want... After that when I'm not asking about my money back even just 200 maybe she's just thinking I'll give to her... And when almost 12 o'clock she's call my room with a bad call and tell me I should check out at 12... I understand if all hotel have check out time at 12 but when I in lobby at 11.58pm she's really late for process my check out... Please management if can u training again the staff about the attitude to the guest... Also really not good in my room because in the night so noise about the motor bike in the road and people yelling all the time... For the cleaning it's not good even they not control the bathroom and in the floor have tissue idk who put in there...

Compare to the price, the room we got was quite fair. It has AC and TV. That's all we need for a short night stay.

You get what you pay for!

Hotel was obviously closed during the pandemic and has opened up without much TLC. For the price of just $17 AUD you couldn't expect more than what was offered. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed in the room was big, comfortable, clean and rooms were quiet. I only booked here because I was travelling through on a budget and needed a good sleep, I got what I needed so I was happy.

The whole hotel needs a thorough clean. Public areas and rooms. The bathroom fittings were dirty and some even rusty but once again, for the price they were charging how can you really complain?
