The location was fairly convenient and it was nice that they had separate beds for me and my travel companion. I also appreciated that they had two fans in our room as the temperature that night was very high.
We booked a room with two beds, and got a room with five, which felt odd. We were also told to make sure to use only two, also odd. The toilet seat was broken and we nearly fell off multiple times, and sink faucet was loose. And though one of the staff was quite friendly, the other was not.

Not far from town
Price at £178 plus £7 parking, that they then tried to increase to £10 later was extortionate!!
Communication not great around the parking when arriving and then when leaving.
The property wasn’t great to be honest, really run down with cracks in decor, stains on ceiling, mould in bathroom and dust on furniture.
We definitely would not stay here again costing York.
