Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds.

Nothing. Maybe more fans because of the heat waves!

Overall this property was perfect. A 5 mins walk to the town with shops and restaurants. Even though it was so close, it was very quiet in the house. Welcome addition of fans in each bedroom as we arrived in the heatwave, made for a more comfortable stay. The hosts were lovely and even gave us extra time to leave on our last day, which was much appreciated as we could go for breakfast and not worry about finding a car park. Will definitely stay here again!

Location to center 10 out off 10. directions to property very helpful, the one way system around Winchester is not easy as a visitor, the property equipped as stated, with good heating and great communication with vendors.

The parking is difficult(1 car only and tight), I would suggest to park up and leave and use the bus/taxi`s. car park is next door but expensive but if you have a disabled badge you park for free and can leave over night. The outside area is over grown with plants that need trimming back and cutting away to enhance it`s features. main bedroom(en suite) great, second bedroom same floor very tight with a double bed in no room around the sides of it, 3rd bedroom floor two good . The property is not good for elderly or disabled but great if your in good health and ideal to roam around Winchester.Good compy and warm

This is a very well-designed, immaculate modern house, with good showers, a well-equipped kitchen and a nice outdoor space with greenery around. The location is excellent - walking distance from the station and also from the shops (including the fabulous Cook) and the city centre. A bus stop outside the door makes for easy travelling. Steve and Irina the hosts were very helpful and provided lots of information and recommendations.
