Mid level student accommodation type, with all bathroom taps not fixed to the sink and cheap feel.

The flat is not comfortable at all. Bathroom taps are completely loose. It feels like a student residence, and not a high range either. We did not stay more than 20 minutes and left to another place we had to find quickly. Asked the host to refund at least 50% of our payment but he just ignored the two messages.

Location of the apartment is good. Winchester is lovely

Key safe was in the bin store, which was very smelly with lots of flies.

Definitely not suitable for 6 people as the only sofa sat 3 adults snugly (we used camping chairs we had for the beach); the table sat 4 adults comfortably. Could be a lovely apartment if much needed maintenance work was done (broken taps/oven/extractor/windows/clothes rail etc). We felt it looked nice, but the issues made it feel unloved

Good location with off street parking.

Wet towels and bedding left hanging in a bedroom. Dangerously loose hot taps and no hot water pressure. All four of us were not able to bathe or shower for 4 days. Kettles were boiled to fill the bathroom sink to enable the men to shave and all of us to strip wash. The tumble dryer had not been cleaned out for some time. We had to ask for new saucepans as The only 2 were burnt out. The oven did not work but the grill threw out black smoke. Each bedroom had a frail plastic hanging rail and no other storage at all for loathes. We used the window cill and our suitcase. One sofa sat 4 at a squash. Pity those who were more than four. Only a hard bench to sit on. Not enough prepping room in the kitchen section. We had to ask for more knives and some bread plates. The towel rail in one of the bathrooms fell off the wall. A notice was pushed through the door threatening our host with the bailiff if tax was not paid. Directions to the flat were rubbish and there was no mention of alternative non-specific parking on the estate for a second car. Finally the place to retrieve the keys stank to high heaven.

I would not stay here again until lockbox was resituated the mold in bathroom and hot water pressure was sorted out and

nice location, nice kitchen with dishwasher. the place was okay but cheaply fitted.comfortable beds but too small for 2 people. go up a size of bed.

collecting key from dumpster room was disgusting. it smelt so bad i was retching. Mold in bathroom with shower, hot water taps in bathrooms loose, no soap in one bathroom. very low pressure in all hot water taps, no bedding in living room (Why assume 4 people would share 2 beds?). no mattress covers. Beds too small to share. mugs were chipped. The place was great but cheaply fitted.

Very disappointing, booked two nights only stayed for one due to parking issues.

The location was ok, close to a pub.

Directions to find the flat and key box were confusing. The advertised car parking space and permit were not available (being able to park was one of the main reasons for booking this property), there was another vehicle parked with the permit in the allocated space. The host never called back after calling and leaving messages to try and sort out issues. Flat needs some work and TLC to fix broken fixings. Wet towels were left on one of the beds. Host has not responded to complaint letter either, although phoned several times after he thought we had left our car in the parking space!!
