Fine for what we needed.
Location great for accessing town.
More information on finding property within the cul de sac. Water from gutter overflowing very close to your electricity meter box. I had to phone two numbers to speak to someone to get the door code, which they had omitted to send. They were very apologetic. No local information available in the house.

The location is excellent. The kitchen is large and nicely appointed. There's a clothes washer / dryer with drying racks. The hanging out area of the living room and dining table is also very spacious and nice. The owner was immediately responsive when we had questions.

Nice comfortable house with everything you need in a great location in the town centre, very walkable everywhere. I can highly recommend staying here.

Perfect accomodation for a weekend in Ba
Good location for the theatre ,shops and restaurants. Parking is outside the property and there was room for two cars which in Winchester is perfect. The property was well maintained,clean and fully equipped with all you would need for a visit.
This is not a big criticism but the front double bedroom would benefit from net curtains. The property is opposite retirement flats and we felt overlooked with open curtains.

Great location with parking
We loved the location and the really comfy bed!! Everything was really clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Would happily visit again 🙂 Big thanks to Steve for the offer of any help too 👍
These didn't detract from our stay, just some friendly suggestions 🙌 It feels like a new rental and some instructions on where to park would have helped but we found it :) and what to do with bins or recycling would be good to help us do our bit for the planet. And a wee bin in the bedroom would be fab. But as I say, didn't detract from our stay at all 😁
