Nothing was to much trouble for the staff and manager , lovely old world building & pub, service was great, it’s not a modern & new set up , so don’t expect that, but was comfortable / clean and we had a great stay👍

The staff was excellent even to the point of meeting us outside the door to help with my elderly mother and luggage which was very thoughtful and helping her up the stairs.
We booked 2 rooms. The rooms were clean and comfy albeit there was a slight odour in the single room.
