Location, warm flat
Fridge door shelving broken therefore low capacity. Bathroom extractor fan not working. Hooks needed on doors. No property instructions about how to work oven and recycle waste bins. Window pane needs repair!

Very inconsiderate people in apartment above having loud row at 3am which went on for a long time. Totally out of the control of the host but made sleep impossible
