It is a very quiet sits and feels private in the van. It’s great having two loos and the beds were comfortable and we were able to heat the van quickly one of the mornings when it was the complete opposite of flaming June!
This is not a don’t like but it would be great to have a food waste bin and general recycling bag as well as the general rubbish bin. The main site bin facilities offer the full range of bins for recycling. We just separated ourselves.

Very spacious, warm and cosy on arrival. Plenty of beds
Great location, near to Dawlish Warren beach and facilities,but far enough away to not have the noise.
Quiet site, very well maintained.
Looking forward to going back there soon.
Could do with a few hooks for clothes and bath towels in the bathroom.
Dining table was bit precarious, and not quite the right height for the seating.
The blinds in the kitchen and bathroom were a bit fiddly.
The outside light didn't work, I couldn't see any switch for it.

Comfortable and quite
Crouching under the caravan to get the key.

Good location & caravan was lovely & clean & well equipt.
Strong smell of dogs on entering caravan, & when I went to use the vacuum it really stunk of dogs & I had to clear the vacuum brush of dog hair. Vacuum bag was rammed full too.
