Excellent communication and exceptional friendly and helpful hosts - thank you! Lovely well-equipped, light and very clean chalet. Layout was great and the chalet seemed more spacious than in the pictures. Great for a family with three younger generation adults. Handy that loo was separate from shower. Double bed very comfortable with mattress topper. Perfect for our stay for a nearby family wedding and very good value?

A lovely clean chalet, they have thought of everything. Sleeps 6 easily, well equiped kitchen with table & chairs and still there is room.. Books, dvds and games there too. Had a lovely chilled stay.

Really well equipped and stocked with utensils, good entertainment and cooking facilities.

Shower had low power when hot water on, but with regards the rest of the property positives, this was minor.

Very clean and tidy. Kitchen was great and had everything you needed if You wished to cook. The bathroom was spotless and had been newly fitted. Overall the standard of cleanliness was fantastic.

The beds were very uncomfortable and needed mattresses replacing. We heard springs pop with our every move. Came home exhausted due to such awful sleep. We had issues with the TV. This is was resolved on the final night by the owners. We did not know they were local so we’re not aware of who to report issues to. The shower wasn’t great and had no pressure. The trickle of hot water made it almost impossible to rinse suds off or shampoo out of your hair.
