Spacious, great layout, fantastic to have milk, eggs and some yummy cakes awaiting us. Pool was great and shop had delicious steaks!
Fishing was good and managed to catch an 13lb carp and a little roach in a 2 hour fishing session.

Due to layout of properties you get noise and smoke from next door property into the double bedroom’s window. Check bbq before using.

The location was great, it is a farm with a campsite, just on the edge of Dartmoor and a 5-10 minute drive away from Newton Abbot centre. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very kind and accommodating too. They also had a great selection of quality local produce available for sale on site!

Cottage was more than big enough for 4 adults with enough seating and good facilities.
Mattresses in the twin rooms are dated and not comfortable for a full size adult. Might be ok for children. But wasn't comfortable for a good night's sleep.
Parking was a bit restricted with limited spaces feeding 3 rentals which meant parking elsewhere if you were later back.
