Great location by the river and 15mins walk from the town centre. Quiet on a night time comfortable rooms with everything you need. On the small side but not a issue for us

A small room which was expected as seen from the photos and other reviews. The Bathroom is tiny, again as mentioned in other reviews, manageable, but would not suit a lot of people.
The cobwebs! I am not one for negativity, but the bathroom and bedroom had thick cobwebs in areas with large spiders especially the windows, that had clearly been there quite a while. The entrance door was also covered in thick cobwebs, overall not very inviting for an arachnophobe!
