What a lovely quirky room!! This room was large, had lots of character and had a number of good amenities that most normal hotel rooms don't have, like some crockery and cutlery. It was quiet and clean too. I had a very comfortable 3 nights here.
It's not possible to block out all the outside light due to the decorative windows up high and the curtains aren't the "blockout" type, but that didn't seem to be a problem because it doesn't get light too early.

A real Gem of a place , really comfy ,clean ,and nice and warm on entry, comfy bed ,fridge with milk and a bar of chocolate very thoughtful,good size TV ,and lovely clean shower and loo,,slept really well no noise so peaceful,
My hubby struggles with stairs maybe could have an handrail up to the loo area,
