Loved the adapted use of this Victorian building which left a good bit of the antique building elements and fittings. Lots of light from the large windows too. Very quiet inside the flat. The bed was very comfortable and supportive.
Not only milk and chocolate, also instant coffee, tea bags, an electric kettle and a mini-fridge as well as plates, glasses, dishes and utensils for a take away or in room picnic.
We also discovered that the nearby Premier Inn will store bags in exchange for a charitable donation. I think it was for a children’s hospital. There is a collection box in the counter and they will tag your bags.
I liked everything, I would let anyone with mobility issues know that the stairs are steep and narrow due to the preserved architecture.

It’s the most quirky,most fantastic place to stay! Spotlessly clean. Super comfy 4 poster bed. And conveniently located. Owner is super responsive to any query or question you may have.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
