The staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived. I had chosen the place for a one night stay as I was going to a concert at The Piece Hall and it is only a short walk away Oveall it is fi ne for an overnight stay.
I was in an attic room which was very hot with only a velux window, but they are not to blame for the heatwave.

Located close to the town centre
Checked in at midday, room was clean and comfortable.

It was very close to Piece Hall and a Marks and Spencer for food. Good access to the town, walking distance
Staff were a little off, not at all that welcoming. The bed sheets had stains, and the quilt cover cigarette burns. There were exposed extension leads scattered around the floor. The Matress was very soft and well used. The en-suite bathroom was the nicest part of the room
