Well located for town centre, room was adequate.
Got the room on arrival, went straight out to a reunion, came back in went to bed (very comfortable) .
Got up quick shower, the left.
It suited my requirements at a very reasonable price.

The Host Jackie welcoming and friendly nothing seems to.much trouble
My Double Room clean tidy plenty of storage tea coffee making facilities comfortable
