Continental breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.
The rooms are a bit outdated, stayed in a double room on the ground floor. And they do need to dust the furniture in the room.
Bathroom was modern looking and clean like it had a refurbishment. Staying on the ground floor was a bit noisy at times with doors closing etc and hearing the bar and staff entrance door opening and closing.
Overall good values for money and nice to have Co-op and Tesco nearby. Plus the Italian restaurant right next door was a lovely place for an evening meal.

The building and the spa was very nice. No air-conditioning which made it difficult in the height of summer. Great breakfast.
