The location of the apartment is amazing and having a parking spot is very useful in a city like Saint-Malo.

Picking up the keys was a bit complicated and tricky. Firstly, we had to go to the entrance of the city to pick up the keys of the building (5 km away from the apartment, about 15 minutes by car). Then we entered the building and picked up the keys of the apartment and the parking, we left the car in the parking (which is very close to the apartment) and finally went back to the apartment. I believe it would be much better if one could pick up all the keys simultaneously, specially if it was directly in the apartment.

Great location, whole family loved it.

The location is great, inside the walled town and close to the sea and restaurants etc. The room was good value and comfortable. The host was very helpful when we messaged him on the day asking questions.

The building/staircase to the top floor flat is a bit tired and doesn't seem clean. The flat smelt very strongly and though not a bad smell, it was very strong. Resolved by opening the windows in the daytime.

Superb

Lovely apartment, very comfortable and lovely view of the sea. Very interesting location within the city walls and close to shops, restaurants and the cathedral. Great then to walk outside the wall to see the harbour and beaches.

The stairs up to the 3rd floor flat were a very narrow spiral staircase and as an older person I felt very unsafe on them. A warning would have been helpful. Also a little map of where the underground car park was situated would have been helpful and better instructions how to access it.

Location in the inner city and near the fortification wall, and having the secure parking facility. Apartment was reasonably well equipped. But we do have a few suggestions. . . . see below.

Very steep stairs; not really suitable for older people or those with lots of luggage. Not enough light on the kitchen counter for any serious cooking. Add some towels for drying the dishes. Fix the bathroom sink - it drains VERY slowly! Repair the electrical outlet in the bathroom beside the mirror - needed for shaving and hair care! Add a sign in the bathroom warning people about how hot the hot water can get - if you bump the handle while showering, you can get scalded. . . . . .

Excellent location in the old part of the city, close to the sea (3 minutes walk for a morning swim). Friendly host that was ready to answer any questions. Proper kitchen.

I am still in good shape, but the staircase leading to the appartment is very steep and narrow, so any big luggage will be an effort to take up.

The stairs are very dangerous. My wife had an accident and a bad ankle for half of our stay. The towels could be newer.

Lovely location, some street noise from other vacationers, since windows were open for fresh breeze, overall lovely time.

Stairs are very very tight spiral staircase, slipped with luggage, although there is a rope for balance, three storey climb could be very difficult if you are not fit.

Lovely flat, very clean, all the necessary appliances. Lovely view and perfect location.

Couldn’t get onto the Wifi, not a huge problem but it would’ve been had my sister come with. The stairs up to the flat were also a surprise. I stayed with my parents and was terrified they’d fall down the stairs.

Clean and modern apartment in a fabulous location

Lovely small but neat and modern apt right in the heart of the old walled city. Lovely location with a fabulous view of the ramparts. Apartment recently renovated and everything clean and modern, esp the kitchen and bathroom. Very clear instructions on how to get there from the hosts. We did struggle a bit to find and then open the parking garage but it was a relief to have parking in the beautiful but tiny maze of streets in the Intra Muros area!

Nothing to not like - we stayed just one night and was perfect. Note that the kitchen is small and so not easy to cook in for many days, for 1-2 nights esp if you eat out it’s perfect. The stairs to the top floor apt are VERY steep so be careful what shoes you wear and also suggest you have no large suitcases, just a small overnight bag would be better to carry on those stairs

Appartement bien situé, avec une vue agréable et un hôte très gentil.

L’appartement a pour principal atout son emplacement ainsi qu’une vue très agréable. Il est calme et reposant. Il était propre et bien équipé. Mickael est très gentil.

Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne la douche, qui était en mauvais état, et l’eau avait tendance à s’accumuler pendant la douche.

Ps de table pour se restaurer à 4, juste un mange debout pour 2 et la table basse. Le matelas avec un creux au milieu. L’exiguïté de l’escalier.. dangereux et le canapé lit légèrement dégradé.

Très bon emplacement idéal pour découvrir St Malo intra-muros.

La vue est magnifique, la literie confortable, les équipements de base sont très correctes. Ils ne faut pas être trop grand, studio en sous pente. Parking privé protégé dans un box en sous sol ce qui est top ! Pas de galère pour decharger la voiture. Quand on connaît la difficulté de se garer à St Malo c'est vraiment un gros plus ! La connexion de la télé saute souvent mais nous n'étions pas là pour regarder la télé. Attention par contre à l'escalier ! 3eme étage, escalier raide comme une échelle meunière, pas large du tout, pas pratique pour ceux qui n'ont que des valises. Les marches sont recouvertes d'une moquette sale, pas du tout entretenue. C'est bien dommage car l'emplacement est idéal, le studio très très sympathique !
