We made some lovely memories and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only slight thing was that since being forwarded the code by email before arrival once we arrived the code had been changed again and we hadn't been informed. Thankfully there was a french lady on hand at the property as our phones could not connect to the owner of the property. That said as soon as we spoke to Nicolas he gave us the code and we easily entered the property. Apart from this we loved the property and were extremely comfortable staying in and enjoying ourselves as well as going out to eat. Will definitly stay again and recommend this property to friends

Never ever choose this apartement!

Location

1. Finding the keys was a challenge 2. Finding the right door was the challenge. 3. Finding the garbage containers was the challenge. Why just not to film the video about it’s locations, not to write like “you find it around the building” or “its near cathedral”??? Checking in took about 30 min. There was an unbearable smell of dampness in bedroom and WC (actually its smell was like in some public toilet). The sofa wasn’t prepared, but rooms were booked for three persons - really, we don’t have to ask about it twice. So we had to make it ourselves. The bed was only 190x140cm, what is too small for people taller than 190cm. We had to take off duvet cover ourselves - so we had the chance to see that the duvet is dirty. All pillows are dirty and tired. There was dirty water in the kitchen sink then we checked in. A lot of dust in shower room. Official pictures a way better than reality. All the rooms are dark, especially bedroom. According to reviews, these issues have persisted for years, but nothing changes.

Location, spacious apartment, kitchen, and price.

Had to change our own linen, and the linen in the cupboards wasn’t so clean. Mattress was too soft and the spring was too hard.

Nice apartment in the town center close to the beach.

When I stood in front of the apartment I realized that a code was needed which was never sent to me and I got only the answering machine of the host. After 30 min we could, however, enter the apartment. I do not know how often I got the SMS that I have to clean the apartment at the end, too often for my taste.

Bien placé, mais hôte peu réactif

l'appartement est bien situé, il est assez grand

le propriétaire avait oublié de m'envoyer le code de la boité à clé, c'était pénible. De + j'aurais apprécié qu'il nous prévienne que se garer à proximité du logement était extrêmement difficile, et qu'à la période où nous sommes venus la plupart des accès à la vieille ville étaient fermés.... Notre arrivée a vraiment été laborieuse... Sur place pas de café, alors que ça me semble être la base

Logement dans l'intra-muros, on ne pouvait pas trouver meilleur emplacement ! Très bien agencé, deco vraiment sympa. Très bon équipement dans la cuisine. Très bonne literie.

Emplacement au top le long des remparts faces à la plage. La procédure d'entrée dans les lieux est très facile est fonctionnelle. L'appartement est très correctement équipé et la literie est bonne.

Merveilleux logement d'époque. Beau et chargé d'histoire. Vu.

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à la récupération des clés à l'arrivée et à la restitution au départ. Jusqu'à présent, nous n'avions jamais eu aucun embarras.Cela est peut-être du à un nouveau boîtier... Nous avons alors pris contact avec le propriétaire, Nicolas qui nous a gentiment dépanné, en nous donnant la marche à suivre. Alors, nous avons retrouvé ce bel appartement malouin très confortable, dans lequel on se sent bien et à l'aise, dès son arrivée. Nous sommes retournés sur les remparts où se trouve la magnifique statue de Surcouf, et avons pu profiter aussi, de la survenue du passage des Équinoxes en début de soirée. Il y avait beaucoup de monde sur les remparts et l'ambiance était très festive, certains en avaient profité pour Sortir Les Longue-vue. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.

Équipement chiche gâche tout ! Annonce du parking est trompeuse : seulement parking public payant à 10’. Arrivée : ni draps ni linge malgré 40 E supplémentaire… Attente jusque 20h ! Attribution de seulement 2 serviettes usées…et 1,5 rouleau papier toilette pour 3 jours : avons exigé 2 serviettes de plus (tjrs aussi usées). Instruction du proprio : ne pas faire le lit … Lit étroit de 140 avec alèse plastique !!! Jamais vu ça !!! Appart un tantinet sombre car RdC. Pas de clim. SdB liliputienne avec traces de rouille et de moisissures. Pas un morceau de savon…
