Great location with beautiful terrace and fantastic view. easy walk into town and supermarket . Nice host met us at the property and showed us around. Main bed was comfortable. Good WiFi

Previous reviews are accurate. 51 stairs to apartment, with no light so at night in the wet was dangerous. Gate at the bottom can be tricky to open. the terrace is lovely but unfortunately we had very wet weather so couldn't use it much. Everything in this apartment is tired and need replacing. Couch worn out and degrading, other chair was uncomfortable. No smart TV, small one provided but Italian TV only. Aircon makes a lot of noise but doesn't actually heat anything. Mosquito's are lethal. Buy mossies coils and keep them going. We left some there and a lighter. Shower is small but functional, we had no issues. Kitchen as per rest of apartment is in poor repair. Oven needs replacing, equipment of various kinds most not useful. Everything needs a really good clean it's dirty. we washed everything in the dishwasher before using it and found Cif to clean the rest. this apartment could offer so much more if it was maintained and just given a deep clean. We didn't find it value for money at all.

stunning views in private location overlooking the water

perfect location with sunny veranda in the morning. it was quiet until the roadwork started on the 11th.

the furnishings inside were tired and some plumbing on need of repair. internet didn’t work but luckily the brother shared his connection.

Exceptional

Simone, the owner of the property, was the consummate host. While we didn’t see him after check in, which was extremely easy - he simply met us at the property; gave us so many useful tips and recommendations - he was available to us throughout our stay, always warm and welcoming to all of our questions.

Great location, but very poorly maintained

Great location, right by the beach - you literally just cross the street and you go into the water. Close to some great restaurants.

Had to wear bug spray to bed after waking up with ants on my face in the first morning. The floors really needed some cleaning as well. The "private parking" advertised for 25€/day is a spot tightly against the fence in the entryway to a private parking nearby (and a second car was parked from the second day behind us and partially covering the entrance so it took a lot of maneuvers to get out of the parking). In the bathroom the previous tenants' used toiletries were left in the shower and there was some mold on the toiletries support. The shower takes a couple of minutes from changing the temperature to actually seeing a change in the temperature and then the temperature changes randomly every 5 minutes or so (hotter our colder).

Det var en del maur på kjøkkenet så det var viktig å holde det rent der hele tiden.
