Villa Fiorita (unlike the other houses that are proposed as close to the sea and which instead with the difficulty of access and parking in Portovenere make the descent to the sea and the return home difficult and tiring) is the only villa in Portovenere that it is directly on the sea with a beach in front. You can see the children swimming in the sea and you can relax comfortably on the sun loungers on the large terraces.
The apartment on the first and last floor of the villa has a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and another room with shower is located on the upper terrace in absolute privacy.
As you can see from the photographs, the Villa has large terraces overlooking the sea equipped with swings, sunbeds and deck chairs.
Private parking is available on request for a fee, which is very difficult to find in Portovenere.
In a few minutes a pleasant walk will take you to the historic center of Portovenere with the characteristic churches, houses and castle and supermarket. However, a few meters from the house there are restaurants, bars and food shops.
The apartment is fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hairdryer, linen and all necessary equipment. winter heating and air conditioning
