La vue depuis la terrasse, hôte à l'écoute des problèmes rencontrés mais malheureusement c'est insuffisant, il y a pas mal de travaux à prévoir dans l'appartement pour que ce soit un logement avec de belles prestations.
Logement globalement assez mal entretenu, il est vieux, problème d'éclairage dans la salle de bain (lampe qui clignote), les joints sont moisis (voir photo), problème avec le robinet dans la cuisine (même après intervention du technicien il y avait un jeu énorme dans le robinet). Sur la terrasse quelques bambous pour protéger du soleil, bien insuffisant pour avoir de l'ombre. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est donc pas au rendez-vous: pour ce niveau de prix on devrait avoir des prestations impeccables.
