Very nice apartment with sea view and garage

A very nice apartment, simply but adequately furnished, spotlessly clean, with a balcony overlooking the sea. The lock-up garage underneath was ideal for our 2 large motorbikes and avoided us having to hunt for a place to put them (all the motorbike spaces seemed permanently full). Although only a 5 minute walk to the centre, boat stops and old town, the apartment was peaceful and relaxing. We were met on arrival and received clear instructions about leaving arrangements. Very pleasant stay.

The apartment was "happy"! It felt like home!

The location was excellent and the apartment is in wonderful condition. The "starter kit" in the kitchen was good with an excellent grocery store just steps away.

The windows in the living room should have some sort of privacy sheers or blinds.

Wonderful place, location and hosts for visit to Cinque terra

The location was PERFECT! The hosts were amazing from before we checked in , during the stay and through past check out! The host made the perfect reservation for us ( even Picked the perfect table at the the perfect spot for us to enjoy our 40th anniversary! There was no breakfast included but the kitchen was great to prepare breakfast and meals. Shopping was close by. It was absolutely necessary to have parking and we were very grateful for that! Portovenere is the BEST place to be to see cinqueterra. We would highly recommend Casa di Irene in fact we hope to return and wish she has more places so we can have our entire family( 6 adults) at a place they manage.

Not a problem with the place at all !!! - just the seas were not nice to us . The boats didn't go out everyday and the one boat we got on was cancelled on way back so we had to find the train( not too difficult) and bus (not easy) back to Porte Venere. This just means we need to return to see all the area properly .

Fantastic property! Super clean! Wonderful host!

Modern, clean, comfortable and beautiful apartment. Garage is very convenient. There are lots of stairs, but still worth it for the view! Short walk to Portovenere old town with bars, boats, shops, and restaurants.

Lovely terrace view

A wonderful apartment in a central location. It has all the amenities you need to make it a very comfortable stay. Sitting on the balcony and admiring the spectacular view of Portovenere Harbour was definitely the highlight. I'd highly recommend this apartment.

Alles Perfekt!

Das Appartment ist nagelneu, wunderschön, und total komfortabel ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt, ein paar Minuten zur Altstadt, zum Strand und zur Schiffsanlegestelle. Der Vermieter ist total bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit. Top ist auch noch die Garage, da Parkplätze in Porto Venere Mangelware sind.

Appartement très bien situé avec tout confort et vue magnifique sur la mer. Le garage est un plus

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien situé. Il est de plus équipé de la climatisation. L'emplacement est idéal par rapport au centre historique de Porto Venere. La vue du balcon donne directement sur la mer avec lever du soleil. Il est au calme et situé dans une petite copropriété très bien entretenue. La garage est un vrai plus pour stationner sa voiture sans soucis (ce qui est très compliqué à Portovenere). Le garage est au pied de la résidence en box individuel sécurisé. Rien à redire. L'accueil de Pietro a été très chaleureux, efficace et précis pour nous permettre d'arriver facilement. Un grand merci !

Peut-être un micro-onde et un grille-pain dans la cuisine si on veut que tout soit parfait ;-).

Top Unterkunft in Portovenere

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön! Wir konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang beobachten und geniessen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sauber, es hat alles was man braucht und der Gastgeber Pietro hat uns super freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :)
