An unforgettable and very comfortable stay in a beautiful town.

The property was perfect, central to everything and with a great view. It was modern and tastefully furnished. The shower pressure was fabulous and was one of those little things that really made our stay more enjoyable. Checking in and out was straightforward and easy.

BEAUTIFUL SETTING But difficulty walking up hill

It was advertised as ground floor apartment From the pictures you thought it opened out on to the sea front The entrance was at the back ups hill Which made it difficult for me as l have limit mobility Perhaps they should advertise it and say even though it is a ground floor apartment it is not suitable for people with limited mobility

Exceptional apartment overlooking the harbour in Portovenere. Stunning view and very handy for restaurants and ferry to Cinque Terre and islands. The hostess, Alessandra was most helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

A perfect stay in Portovenere!

This property was outstanding - we were captivated by the view from the moment we walked in. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated, which added to the seaside feel of the place. The location was an 11/10, with the view of the seafront on one side, and our front door opening up onto the gorgeous little street with shops and restaurants on the other. Yet we felt very safe and somehow secluded! Our hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in wonderful Porto Venere

Great location in wonderful Porto Venere. Nice sea view from the living room and the master bedroom. The apartment is in the ground floor of an old building in the main and beautiful middle age pedestrian main street. Easy access from the main square/parking and from the street but not noisy. We were during Easter and despite the apartment also faced the small port and the marina, we were not disturbed. The apartment was well insulated. The apartment is fully and recently refurbish and decorated with a good and modern taste. It has all the appliances and equipment for a nice stay. All working, functional and easy. The host Alessandra was very nice and responsive to our questions. Communication via WhatsApp worked very well.

We liked everything, the apartment, the incredible Porto Venere. We made a couple of comments for further enhancement but, nothing wrong at all. Parking is an issue, as anywhere else close to Cinque Terres. You can park very close to the apartment, free during the night but very expensive the day. Consider planning your stay if you go by car, and how you are going to visit the area, by boat or train, and think where it is better to leave the car meanwhile, maybe looking for a long stay parking (there is one close to the apartment) to pay less.

Very good

The location is amazing. You're literally right on top of the marina above the restaurants, and the front door is on the main street going up to the castle. It's very picturesque, with all the little shops on that street. You can walk down to the marina and catch the ferries to Cinque Terre or the ferry over to the island Palmaria. The apartment was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was probably the best one that we had in the 4 hotels that we stayed in on our trip to Italy. It was exactly as you would imagine a sea side village.

The place would have gotten a 10 out of 10 if there was an AC and a dryer for your clothes. You can hang up your washing to dry if you like the feeling of hung dried clothes. With the windows open and the fans running at the time of the year when we were there in September, the place was cool and very comfortable. However the quayside is very noisy in the evening and it's unbelievable how much noise there is down there in the very early morning which starts between 5 and 6 am. The window does a great job keeping out the noise when closed, but with the window closed, i was very hot and uncomfortable.

Lovely clean apartment, fantastic views from both picture perfect windows that open fully. Very quiet apt due to double glazed windows. Fantastic location. Highly recommend.

Front door lock a little bit tricky. Ironing board might be handy otherwise perfect.

the location is amazing! ocean front, near city center, close to everything. and the hosts - Alessandra and Luca - are amazingly kind, thorough, helpful. anything you need or want, they know folks to help you. awesome place and awesome hosts.

Superb

Luca was at the front door waiting to hand over the keys and show us around the property. It was a nice touch and not many places do that these days. He also give some tips on local area as well as restaurants near-by. Luca and Alessandra were very helpful and responsive with everything. The apartment is as described and just lovely. Great view, lovely furnishings, very clean and has all you would need.

Authentic Ligurian Experience

Location is fantastic! BUT if you like to sleep with open windows it will be too loud. Luckily the owners made fans available which we could use to cool down the room when we slept with closed windows. Spacious apartment newly renovated and clean Well set up for a family with 2 kids/baby minimal setup which is good with a family.

The owners should perhaps stay at the apartment themselves to gain some 'user experience' and make small adjustments based on their experience and their vision of what they want their guests to experience. Set up cable tv for english/German speaking kids.

Très bel appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Tout était super propre et les équipements très modernes. Il faut marcher sur la rue piétonne de Portovenere pour arriver à l'appartement. Merci à notre hôte de nous avoir aidé pour le parking, qui peut être un vrai casse tête sur Porto Venere

Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais des ventilos modernes, efficaces mais un peu bruyants. Comme il donne sur le port, on entends un peu de bruit mais ce n'est pas gênant. Par contre, il est difficile d'occulter la lumière matinale.

Helt otrolig utsikt från lägenheten. Hög standard, välstädad. Snabb respons från värden Alessandra när vi hade frågor. Bästa läget, nära hamnen och alla restauranger och mysiga butiker.

Emplacement exceptionnel, juste au-dessus du port, et un accès charmant depuis la rue piétonne. Joli appartement rénové, décoré avec goût. Même si nous n’avons pas rencontré notre hôtesse, la remise des clefs et les échanges ont été simples et efficaces.

Une penderie pour les vestes à l’entrée serait agréable, mais ce n’est qu’un petit détail! Un peu de bruit le matin tôt…
