Great apartment in Portovenere.

Great apartment in great location. Three good bedrooms and two separate bathrooms/WC. Well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace. Good service from host both before and during our stay.

Lovely property with fabulous views!

Ideal for two couples.

There was nothing to dislike, however, it should be stressed that the stairs to and from the property are formidable. We were four athletic, in our seventies, people who could navigate the steps, but it was easy to imagine that they wouldn’t work for others.

The location was great, a pleasant walk into the main centre of Portovenere. The apartment was modern and spacious with a great terrace area.

Lovely views in very nice apartments df

Lovely terrace and view, good size apartment

Not clear that one would have to descend or climb a significant number of steps to get there. In a place like Portovenere that is not unusual, but it is not so good, when one is unprepared. A clear description of the parking situation would also be helpful. Key locks are not easy to handle. Kitchen equipment (pots without handles, no proper kitchens scissors, no knives to cut meat, no skillet to prepare e.g. fried eggs or similar).

Overall nice but with misses

Portovenere is a beautiful italian maritime town with cosy houses and a very nice harbour front. The water is Crystal clear and lovely for swimming. The appartment has a nice placing and view but you need to be in good shape as the entrance to the appartment demands many stairs, and you cannot park close to it. Size of appartment and Terrace is very good. 3 Big rooms and 2 large bathing rooms. Modern interiour but misses a bit of soul.

Seems like the onboarding to the appartment and management has a lack of procedures and instructions. We missed a welcoming of the staff showing where the appartment is placed (not easy to find). We had a nice digital brochure but a personal welcoming obviously means a lot. The Key delivering was not on agreed time so a bit stressing as it is difficult to park the car in Portovenere. Finally had the Key, found (the last I think) parking place in whole Portovenere 1000 m away, and finally found the appartment, we were annoyed about missing cleaning - the appartment Really needs a main cleaning, and then a well defined procedure for cleaning from week to week. Garbage and used Towels was not removed, deficient vacuuming, kitchen and fridge not clean. This needs to be improved. Management was Quick to reply to our messages, and that was Really nice. I think we had a bad start which imprented our stay a bit, and it is misses which can be solved. Place and appartment could have been a 9 or 10, but the misses unfortunately impacted our stay and this review so our overall rating is medium.

Nice view and the bus stop is nearby.

The house ‘s lock was broken and the host did not provide hairdryer . The lighting made the air condition shut down , and the air condition still did not work until we left . I think that the CP ratio is pretty low.I won’t rent that kind of house again.

The perfect place in the perfect little Italian dream beach town!

The apartment is beautiful, located in front of the sea with a unique view. It is only a 7 minute walk to the town center, and right next to several shops and restaurants. Roberto was a great host and super responsive every time we met or got in touch.

Bel emplacement pour aller se baigner, calme et bien équipé.l’emplacement est parfait mais il faut être prêts monter les

L’emplacement est très bien, juste à côté de la plage (en galets). Au choix plage publique ou privée avec transat. Il y a un café juste en bas de l’immeuble si on veut qui sert aussi le petit déjeuner. L’appartement est très bien équipé et spacieux il y a tout ce qu’il faut et la Clim est très efficace.

Ce qui n’était pas écrit c’est que l’appartement est bien au Rez de chaussée de l’immeuble, mais il est à clac de colline et il y a au moins 60 marches à monter (je ne les ai pas comptées 😅) mais avec des enfants en bas âge, ce n’était pas l’idéal.

C’est dommage d’avoir un appartement comme ça qui ne soit pas entretenu.

La vue de la terrasse

La terrasse sale, le mobilier très usagé et sale Le canapé est élimé, l’aspirateur ne fonctionne pas, la cafetière est ridicule, le mobilier de terrasse est dans un état déplorable. Pas de torchon dans la cuisine , pas de produits de toilette, pas de couette dans une des chambres, les portes coulissantes du placard qui ne fonctionnent plus donc le placard ne s’ouvre pas.
