Perfect for our needs to be near MJ’s for a family event! Clean, has all you’d need (except a bar and food!), and simple check in process.
It wouldn’t be a spot I’d go for a relaxing break with friends or family but for our needs it was perfect. It’s set in stunning surroundings but the hotel has nothing else to offer at the moment…I.e no pool, restaurant, bar, anything…but if you are looking for very reasonably priced comfortable room to lay your head for a night then The Marina is perfect!

The hotel was self-check-in and this worked really well with access code provided. We had a wedding nearby at Kilronan with a taxi service available to/from the hotel

it was clean and there was no noise thru the night
a few days before arrival i got a message from the hotel that a 100 euro deposit had yo be made or i wouldnt get door codes to get into the building, as i had already paid my no refundable booking price up front i had to pay it but i didnt agree with it

Location and view was good.
Checking in was cumbersome and difficult due to poor phone signal strength from location.
Only one poorly equipped vending machine on site.
Was charged twice for a one night stay and had to send two messages to initiate a refund.
