Fine hotel and close to local shops and restaurants!

The hotel is lovely and the staff were great.

There was mould in multiple areas of the bedroom and bathrooms. This is something maybe the hotel could improve or repair for guests as it's quite off putting. We were only there for a short stay but I would of scored full marks if it weren't for the mould around the rooms.

Disappointing

Breakfast is okay.

Wifi did not work. Receptionist not useful to help with the issue. Her explanation was it has been slow all day, but it didn’t let us connect to it at all, and we asked about the VIP wifi and she said it was not in use anymore and just walked away to end the conversation.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. Had lunch and dinner in the hotel, couldn't fault it at all.

The only problem was the Iron. The plug was faulty but that didn't compromise our stay in any way

.lift not working my 80 year old hubby had problem climbing 2 flights of stairs, booking. Com took payment 4 days before arrival. Hotel contacted me 36 hours before arrival to tell me about lift. If I had known no lift. I would have cancelled trip I

Basic pub grub, the dining room is only used at breakfast, so, you are sitting in the pub to eat. It would be nice if there was the option of using the dining room in the evening to eat.

The option of eating in the dining room would have been good. The reception area and bar area need a complete refurbishment.

Have been to Enniskillen 4 or 5 times this hotel is not for us.

The breakfast was fine.

The room cleaning could have been a lot better. The noise from the refrigerator containers outside was not what we expected.

Lovely hotel near the centre

We had a large room on the second floor of this pleasant hotel for a one-night stay. The room was spotless and offered a huge, very comfortable double bed, a work desk, separate table and two chairs and adequate storage for a short stay. There was also tea / coffee and kettle, a wall mounted TV, hairdryer and ironing facilities available in the room. The huge en-suite bathroom had a bath and separate shower with plenty of hot water. We did notice a slight whiff from the drains - but nothing unexpected for an old building. The free wifi was simple to connect to and more than adequate for using streaming services. While we didn't eat our evening meal at the hotel, the bar-restaurant was large, well stocked and pleasant, while the included breakfast offered a good range of hot and cold options. The full fry was delicious and really set you up for the day. The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

We were a little surprised that the room didn't include any USB charging points and, while there were sockets where you could plug in your own chargers, they were only at the work desk and on one side of the bed, with only an old-style round-pin lamp socket being present on the other side - not ideal if, like me, you like to listen to an audiobook while going to sleep.

Bathroom floor was a danger when wet....given a bathroom that was a wet room so floor had to get soaked and also when you turned on the sink tap it bounced off the basin and soaked your trouser legs...badly designed sink!!

Enjoy comfort and welcome hospitality 😊

The room was very comfortable and extremely clean and well equipped. The luxurious bed linen and mattress ensured excellent rest and sleep after a very long drive to Enniskillen . Staff at reception and in the bar restaurant were considerate, friendly and attentive to guest needs and requests. They all created an atmosphere of county Fermanagh courtesy ensuring a warm welcome and memorable visit. The bar menu on Sunday evening was really creative and delicious as was the choice and preparation by the chef. Again much appreciated and greatly enjoyed.

Perhaps more or better seating areas for guests in the Reception area could be provided. Also there is the question of style and lighting of that area in general: perhaps a new Desk itself, this would enhance the the message of the welcome and hospitality which is already present and given to guests by the kind reception staff. Some inventive stylistic changes in this area could better reflect and convey the good hospitable nature of the hotel and staff.
