The staff were so pleasant and the food was delicious. We absolutely loved the spa and the outdoor jacuzzi!
There seems to lack atmosphere in the bar/dining area. Possibly due to a lack of music other than the brilliant pianist who played great!

Dinner service. After waiting 31 mins had to ask a member of staff to take our dinner order.
In restaurant at 6.30 and received the main course at 7.36. Appeared to be similar with other guests.

Nice location, scenery was lovely. Friendly staff. Female pianist was very good in the restaurant.
Rooms overlooking the car park. Noisy main road. Food was disappointing and the service was extremely slow. Took over an hour to be served our main course and we didn't order starters. Portions are small and charge extra for a side dishes. Still peckish after our dinner, we ordered 2 cheese boards for dessert, none available. Ordered another glass of wine during my meal, I had finished the meal and had to go to the bar myself to get it. Breakfast was okay. Never offered tea or coffee, we had to ask half way through breakfast. Lots of dirty tables beside us not cleaned after people were finished. 11am check out. Spa wasn't up to much.
