Great area but we left after third night.

Parking… grass so high sensors in car didn’t want to go over it. Had to manually pull grass out. Mould in bedroom and bathroom. Bed linen old and washed out. Wallpaper not sticking to walls and kitchen ceiling needs sorted after a leak. Kitchen was well equipped. Shame ceiling let it down.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay for two.

Location was excellent. Cottage was well equipped.

The road from the car parking space was very rutted and our car grounded in a couple of places. We missed the bit about no provision of towels. Had to wait until the next morning to go to the convenience store in town. Stairs were pretty steep for older people, but had a good hand rail. Oven/grill must have been filthy as it smoked the house out on the first night when we used the oven to cook a ready meal. Didn't use it again after that.

Location was excellent - facilities lacking

The toilet didn't flush and we had to use a bucket - it was very poor We had trouble with the shower switching off - it seems to be a faulty switch or something We tried to use the heating but couldn't get it to work - there were no instructions to assist and the bedrooms were very cold - we had to use wet towels as we couldn't get the towel rail to work

Lovely cottage, perfect for our needs

The owner called us before our stay to give directions to the cottage and tell us where we could collect keys. Well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.

The TV signal kept breaking up, this may have been due to the weather

Great location, perfect for a small family.

Lovely cute cottage close to the area we were exploring. Fab views of the canal as well. Well stocked with all the utensils and wife was an added bonus.

The twin room has an area of damp on the outside wall which really needs some attention.
