We had a fantastic stay in a charming log cabin near Loch Earn that was perfect for a short family break. The cabin had everything we needed to feel at home, offering a cozy and welcoming vibe. While it’s not a five-star luxury experience, it was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—ideal for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning views. Waking up to the beauty of Loch Earn and the surrounding scenery was a treat for the senses, and it made our stay feel even more special. The cabin’s location was a real bonus, too, as it was just a short stroll to the local pub at the Clachan Cottage Hotel. We enjoyed popping over for a meal and a drink, which added to the convenience and charm of the trip. Our whole family had a wonderful time, whether we were exploring the area or simply unwinding in the cabin. It was the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and accessibility. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and are already thinking about a return visit!
