Hard to leave. I hope I'll be able to stay there again some time.
Great quiet location with fantastic panoramic views. Lots of wildlife can be seen from the house such as Roe Deer, Brown Hares and Red Kites. As our visit was in April there were gaggles of Pink-footed Geese feeding in nearby fields and skeins passed overhead daily. It's also a great base for visiting sites in Speyside and further afield, such as the Black Isle, Upper Findhorn Valley, Lossiemouth and Spey Bay. The house is well equipped and comfortable, with plenty of warm, dry space to put damp coats and boots.

The great weather certainly helped, but I loved my stay in this wonderful location.
Lovely quiet location with panoramic views of surrounding countryside, including Cairngorm. Very spacious house. Great to eat in the large kitchen/dining area on a warm evening with patio doors open. Lots of wildlife in immediate vicinity - Red Kite, Roe Deer and Brown Hare seen from house most days and Golden-ringed Dragonfly and Small Pearl-bordered Fritillary butterflies on nearby wetland area crossed by access track to house.

The drive for the road was difficult with lots of pot hopes especially in the dark

Location is excellent. Great views and wildlife.
There is no WiFi as advertised. It is still being advertised on booking.com today(15th October 2019) as having WiFi.
