Extremely pleasant, once we got the lockbox situation resolved.
Location in the village of Kettlewell was absolutely wonderful. Very peaceful and beautiful village. Pubs served excellent food. Local store was charming. The property itself was very comfortable. Very clean and the outside patio, which I did not see in the Booking photos was a added and wonderful and peaceful surprise. Should include in photos.
Arrival information was clear, however, the code for the lockbox containing the keys to the house was not provided. One of the contact phone numbers in the Booking listing was out of date and the other was one I could not get thru to. When I called the Booking.com number listed for the property, I was able to reach an agent who was very helpful and ultimately able to get the lockbox code for me. Fairly stressful!

Extremely disappointed, no value for money would not return
Nobody aware we were coming. House didn’t seem clean, no fire set, no hot water, shower full of pubic hair, dirty micro wave, the kitchen hadn’t been, cleaned, the fridge smelt, glasses dirty.
