This was an ideal stay and we really recommend it.

This was an out of the way place in the countryside in a beautiful location in a valley. The farm is a working farm and the whole family were there when we arrived making a lovely friendly atmosphere. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable big bed.

I'm vegetarian so I would have liked to have an option as to breakfast. However, I had my own food and the grounds were lovely enough to sit outdoors with breakfast.

1. There was a very strong smell of burning out of the room which came into our room. 2. The towels were hard. 3. Breakfast was very very poor.

Not much at all

We spoke very little Italian and got lost, when we rang the property the owner stated she spoke no english contradicting her advertisement. When we arrived we had access to an old pedestal fan which was helpful through the warm night only to find on our last night after returning from dinner that it had been removed. When we asked we were told it had been packed up into the roof for dinner. Additionally the pool is advertised as a part of the deal, on arrival we noted that you could take pictures but no allowed to swim. Breakfast was very poor, stale packaged croissants and some sweet tarts that were presented all 4 days of our stay, these were the same ones. The linen and towels were very tired and cheap just adding to the feeling of not really being welcome

Agriturismo con ogni comodità, vicino alle vie per raggiungere ogni meraviglia Umbra.

La struttura è immersa nel verde, ma comodissima agli spostamenti in auto visto la vicinanza con le vie principali. Le camere sono piacevoli e estremamente pulite. Colazione completa di tutto arricchita con dolci fatti in casa. Olio di qualità superiore dal gusto genuino. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e sa farti sentire davvero a proprio agio, dispensando indicazioni e consigli utilissimi sui luoghi da raggiungere. Sperando di tornare presto in questa splendida regione, sicuramente torneremo all' Ulivo in fiore.

Discreta struttura ma per niente orientata al cliente

La tranquillità

Gestione delle problematiche molto difficile. Non funzionano i caloriferi e mancava l’acqua calda. Solo dopo molta insistenza siamo riusciti ad ottenere un po’ di attenzione. Al ritorno in camera dopo cena i problemi erano stati risolti. Colazione con tanti prodotti confezionati e nessuno fresco, anche il latte parzialmente scremato a lunga conservazione. Ci si aspetta di più da un agriturismo

Agriturismo accogliente

La signora Stefania è gentilissima, disponibile e ospitale. Il luogo accogliente, in campagna, comodo per visitare i dintorni. A colazione c'era un ottimo dolce artigianale.

Il materasso non era dei più comodi, la colazione è solo dolce e, purtroppo, immagino per la normativa vigente, a parte un ottimo pan dolce, con solo prodotti confezionati.

Bellissima struttura in mezzo agli ulivi, svegliarsi con il canto del gallo.

Colazione, tutto confezionato, da un’azienda agrituristica mi aspettavo qualcosa di prodotto da loro (tipo torta fatta in casa).

Le lit et les chats

Nous étions de passage dans la région pour une nuit. Notre check in était prévu à 15h, nous avons essayé d’appeler plusieurs fois pour demander si nous pouvions passer déposer les bagages avant. Aucune réponse. Nous sommes arrivés sur place à 13h30 pour demander directement. En arrivant, j’essaie de communiquer avec l’hôte Stefania qui me parle du haut de son balcon et ne se déplace pas : elle ne parle pas un mot d’anglais (ou autre) seulement italien, pourtant il y a des notes en anglais dans la chambre (?!!). La compréhension est donc difficile, mais au lieu d’essayer elle fait demi tour et rentre dans sa maison (!). Mon copain y retourne et utilise une application de traduction pour se faire comprendre. L’accueil est très froid et aucun effort n’est fait. Nous finissons par faire le check in car la chambre était déjà prête (chambre sale au passage), nous déposons les affaires et repartons immédiatement visiter. A notre retour en début de soirée, la chambre est glaciale. Il a fallu essayer de se faire comprendre pour qu’elle allume le chauffage. Vers 23h30, une personne dans la chambre au dessus de nous déplace des meubles, on dirait un déménagement… cette personne allume sa moto située dans le jardin et fait énormément de bruit. Le lendemain matin, petit déjeuner avec soupe à la grimace, toujours aucun accueil ni effort, femme très désagréable. Petit déjeuner industriel degueulasse. Elle nous sert deux cafés qu’elle laisse sur le comptoir en nous faisant comprendre qu’elle ne va pas les amener à table (autant vous dire qu’il n’y avait que nous comme client donc elle n’était pas débordée). Nous avons passé un très mauvais moment, nous avons eu l’impression de déranger et avons été très mal reçus. Dommage car le lieu était beau mais bien évidemment aucune visite du jardin ou de son terrain. Ce n’est pas l’image que nous avions d’une maison d’hôte appelée agri TOURISME.
