Great peaceful place

very nice location, apartament has good size and had everything needed. The location is very quiet, no traffic noise and so on. Bed very comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Just the dog outside barks every so often as he stays there all day/night. side note:there were cats roaming around and were not scared of my dog so just a warning for someone who travels with dogs :)

The place was great. It has a washing machine so for travelers like myself to throw in a load is awesome. It's a good size place. The host is wonderful. I ended up walking with him and his dog working on my Italian, which for me personally was great. There is covered parking inside the property.

Pleasant

The WiFi was excellent, as was the garden, with a choice of shady seats. Moto under cover. The fridge freezer worked, though its light didn't. Great views, all the way to Assisi on a good day.

The location was 3km away from that shown on the booking.com map, but luckily an Italian lady who teaches English phoned the host for me, and after two attempts he came to find us. Not an easy journey, either. The apartment looks really good from the outside, but sadly not inside. I had to wash cutlery, crockery, glassware, and even a saucepan before I could use them. As for the oven: had it ever been cleaned? The double bed was in fact 2 single beds pushed together. Note the photo with the chip in the bath, which says it all, sadly. The water was not hot, when it eventually came. There was no shower curtain and you have to hold the shower as there is nowhere to hang it. No toiletries apart from soap. Breakfast was coffee or tea: nothing to eat, though it was supposed to be included. No kettle. Clothes dryer outside the window: no pegs. Perhaps I was unlucky, but I have no idea how it gets its 8.6 rating. With a bit of tender loving care, maybe.

La colazione pressoché inesistente, per 3 persone erano disponibili 6 fette biscottate, 4 marmellate monoporzione, e caffè . No latte, no burro, no biscotti . Su nostra richiesta è stato consegnato 1/2 l di latte e un pacchetto di biscotti . Colazione pessima

Prachtig uitzicht aan alle kanten van het gebouw. Vriendelijke eigenaar Stephano, gaf duidelijke uitleg! Op goede rijafstand van Spoleto.

Eigenlijk beetje vergane glorie 😌 Was niet echt schoon en alles was wat oudbollig. Geen geweldige matras. Geluidsoverlast van buren door schuiven van houten stoelen op stenen vloer. Slechte tv. Ik zou geen 8 als score geven! De foto's tonen een prachtig pand en dito tuin...dit was nu echt niet meer zo. Helaas!

Non mi è piaciuto.......la pulizia pessima il bidè non scarica l'acqua i rubinetti della vasca non funzionano e perdono, la cappa della cucina orribile .......

bellissimo soggiorno nel verde

appartamento veramente immerso nel verde! dolcissimo il cagnolino Otto e il micio nel giardino. parcheggio nella struttura. cucina ben attrezzata. bagno pulito, con vasca. ambienti molto grandi. l'host, Stefano, una persona gentile e disponibile.

niente zanzariere e niente aria condizionata, stanza molto calda nonostante il ventilatore. la casa è in una posizione un po' isolata, raggiungibile solo in macchina, può essere un pro come un contro.

Struttura accogliente e comoda per gli spostamenti! Avevamo anche due ottimi usceri che hanno reso il soggiorno allegro e indimenticabile . Sicuramente posto appartato e tranquillo... Immerso nel verde delle colline e il proprietario molto gentile.

Il posto,un bel panorama,letto comodo

Nonostante avessi avvisato orario di arrivo,la casa era fredda,i termo sono partiti alle 21,ed io ero li dalle 19. Dovendo stare 2gg,vado per riporre del cibo in frigo ed era caldo, Avrei voluto fare una doccia,ma doccia non c era,vi era una vasca,senza una tenda,lo scarico della vasca non funzionava,era intasato,infatti sulla vasca vi era uno sturalavandini... L acqua del lavandino veniva a filo... Insomma un po' di manutenzione non guasterebbe... Avevo bisogno di rilassarmi,perché l indomani avrei lavorato,invece mi sono agitata e innervosita... tanto innervosita che potevo rimanere un giorno in più, invece mi sono trovata un altro alloggio... Mi dispiace anche fare questa recensione, perché credo siano 2 brave persone,ed il potenziale c è, forse sono solo stata sfortunata....
