Great location close to train station and we could walk to the colosseum. Also close to metro lines. Room was clean and spacious with a good shower/bathroom. There was a lift as well! Air conditioning was good and well needed for Rome in June!!!!Bonus that it was cleaned every day. Roberto our host was super helpful, great with communication and provided us with a map and a detailed guide on how to get everywhere - he also provided good tips for eating out.

Proximity to train station. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a couple of problems that were not property related that he assisted me with. Very good bar a couple of doors away and next to that was Valentino’s a fabulous restaurant that we frequented several times. Great food and wine. Valentino is a super entrainer.

The location is exceptional. You can find transportation easily to whatever plan you have. It is quiet to have a good night sleep .

Roberto & his partner were very welcoming & kind. They took their time to give us suggestions for site to visit. Their property is very convenient and comfortable. It is great if you are trying to stay within a budget and are ok with a modest interior. We felt very safe.
The area at night (after 11pm) is quite noisy and I would not feel safe as a woman walking outside…but this is no fault of the property.
